Aditi Prabhakar, PhD

Aditi Prabhakar joined the MAIR Lab as a postdoctoral fellow in 2021.

Aditi's work in the lab includes a study of how the Rheb GTPase is regulated via the GATOR1 complex (bioRxiv 2025). Aditi is also an author on the lab's studies showing that peroxisomes orchestrate metabolic flexibility and longevity through an interorganelle cascade (Nature Aging 2026) and that neuronal mTORC1 inhibition promotes longevity without suppressing growth and reproduction (PLoS Genetics 2023).
